Welcome to Lemongrass Spa & Café. By accessing our website, booking an appointment, purchasing a gift card, obtaining a membership, attending an event, or using any of our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. General
Lemongrass Spa & Café is a professional wellness and relaxation establishment located in Madhapur, Hyderabad. All services are provided exclusively for wellness, relaxation, beauty, and personal care purposes.
Management reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
2. Operating Hours
Our spa operates during designated business hours as displayed on our website and official business listings.
The last appointment slot for spa services is 8:00 PM.
Appointments are subject to therapist availability, room availability, and operational schedules.
3. Appointments & Reservations
Advance booking is highly recommended.
All appointments are subject to confirmation.
Requested therapists and specific rooms are subject to availability.
Walk-in appointments may not always be available.
Booking confirmations may be required before arrival.
4. Arrival Policy
Guests are encouraged to arrive 10–15 minutes before their scheduled appointment.
Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time to avoid delays for subsequent appointments.
Full service charges may still apply for shortened treatments caused by late arrival.
5. Late Arrival & No-Show Policy
To ensure fair scheduling and uninterrupted service:
Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule their appointment.
Appointments missed without prior notice may be considered a no-show.
If a guest fails to arrive at the booked time without informing the spa in advance, up to 50% of the booked service value may be charged, as the reserved time slot prevents the spa from accepting another appointment.
Repeated no-shows may result in future booking restrictions.
6. Health & Medical Information
Guests must inform the spa of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, injuries, pregnancy, skin sensitivities, or other health concerns before treatment begins.
Lemongrass Spa & Café reserves the right to modify or decline treatment where it may be unsafe or unsuitable.
7. Professional Environment
Lemongrass Spa & Café maintains a strictly professional wellness environment.
All therapists and staff members are to be treated with dignity, courtesy, and respect at all times.
Any inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
8. Zero-Tolerance Conduct Policy
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
Harassment
Abuse
Threatening behavior
Offensive language
Inappropriate requests
Indecent conduct
Sexual misconduct
Intoxicated behavior
Disrespect toward staff or guests
Any unlawful activity
Any violation may result in:
Immediate termination of the session
Removal from the premises
Refusal of future services
Permanent customer ban
No refund will be provided in such circumstances.
9. Membership Policy
Memberships are intended solely for legitimate wellness and spa services offered by Lemongrass Spa & Café.
Any member found engaging in inappropriate, offensive, vulgar, indecent, suggestive, abusive, or unlawful behavior toward therapists, staff, guests, or the establishment shall be subject to immediate action.
Management reserves the right to:
Suspend membership
Permanently cancel membership
Refuse future bookings
Remove the individual from the premises
In such cases:
Membership fees are non-refundable.
Unused sessions are forfeited.
Remaining credits or benefits will be cancelled.
No compensation shall be payable.
Management's decision shall be final.
10. Service Results
Individual wellness and skincare results vary from person to person.
Lemongrass Spa & Café does not guarantee specific therapeutic, cosmetic, medical, or wellness outcomes.
11. Gift Cards
Gift cards are redeemable only at Lemongrass Spa & Café.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Expired gift cards may not be extended.
Lost or damaged gift cards may not be replaced.
Additional charges may apply if selected services exceed gift card value.
12. Membership Benefits
Membership benefits are subject to validity periods and terms communicated at the time of purchase.
Unused benefits after expiry may not be carried forward.
Memberships are non-transferable unless specifically approved by management.
13. Corporate, Wedding & Event Bookings
Corporate wellness activations, wedding wellness services, mobile spa setups, and event bookings may require advance deposits.
Confirmed event bookings may be subject to staffing, scheduling, transportation, and operational requirements.
Changes requested after confirmation may incur additional charges.
14. Pricing & Taxes
All service prices are subject to revision without prior notice.
Applicable GST and government taxes shall be charged as required by law.
The final invoice amount shall prevail at the time of billing.
15. Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
While reasonable care is exercised, Lemongrass Spa & Café shall not be liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items brought onto the premises.
16. Photography & Recording
Photography, videography, and audio recording are strictly prohibited inside treatment rooms.
Photography may be permitted in designated public areas only with management approval.
17. Website Usage
All website content, including logos, images, text, graphics, videos, service descriptions, and branding materials, remains the property of Lemongrass Spa & Café.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use is prohibited.
18. Limitation of Liability
Guests voluntarily participate in all services and treatments.
Lemongrass Spa & Café shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of its services, facilities, website, or products.
19. Right to Refuse Service
Management reserves the right to refuse, discontinue, or cancel services where necessary to maintain safety, hygiene, professionalism, operational efficiency, or guest comfort.
Management decisions regarding service eligibility shall be final.
20. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from the use of our services, facilities, or website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
